Måndagen den 24/2 var stormästaren Stellan Brynell på besök hos oss och hjälpte till med träningen. Stellan, som är tvåfaldig svensk mästare och har mångårig erfarenhet av ungdomsträning på alla nivåer, hade med sig många roliga övningar till basgruppen och också en partigenomgång till fortsättningsgruppen som visade på hur viktigt det är att ha en plan när man spelar schack!
I båda grupperna avslutade vi med en simultan mot Stellan, i basgruppen i form av bondeschack där Stellan fick bra motstånd men ändå lyckades vinna alla partierna.
I fortsättningsgruppen spelade vi med alla pjäserna och samtliga kämpade på så bra att inga partier blev helt klara varför vi fick göra avdömning till slut. Då visade sig Stellans erfarenhet räcka längst, 12½-2½ till Stellan. Lukes pappa Håkan var den som tog vinsten medan det blev remier för Jacob J, Oscar J och Kevin som spelade väldigt bra!
